Joe Hines

President

Joe Hines started working for DSI in 1984 – 2 years after the company was established by his father, Jack. Joe’s duties then were sales and helping in the shop to learn all aspects of the business.

Tony Hines

Estimator

Tony Hines worked with DSI part-time while he was in High School. After graduating in 1986, Tony attended Anoka Vo-Tech for a year. He then went to work full-time for DSI in 1987.

Mike Jorgensen

Maintenance

Mike started working at Decimet in July of 2007. Before Decimet, he worked at a company for 23 years and held a variety of jobs there. During the last 11 years he worked as a shop foreman.

Max Foster

Chief Operating Officer

Max Foster Max joined the DSI team in 2005. He holds a degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas and a Master of Business Administration from St. Cloud State University. At DSI, he enjoys working with a great team and helping solve problems for customers. In his free time, Max enjoys landscape photography, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Joe D. Hines Joe started with DSI in May, 2016. He holds a Business Management Degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Currently Joe works as a Project Manager/Estimator at DSI and is amazed by all the various projects that have been built here. Darrel Shelley

Designer

Darrel Shelley Darrel started working at DSI in February of 2006. He has worked in Project Management/Engineering and Drafting. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, traveling, and being outdoors. darrels@dsimn.com

Steve Cook

Designer

Steve Cook Steve has been in the manufacturing industry for over 40 years performing various engineering functions. This includes managing a steel fabrication plant and managing a woodworking plant. He joined DSI in 2005 as a project manager/designer. Presently, he is making the drawings and models for shop fabrication, along with various IT duties. “One of the best things about DSI” Steve says, “is all the people are great to work with.” Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, his three adult children, their spouses and his three grandchildren. He likes everything outdoors, particularly camping and hiking. steve@dsimn.com

Project Manager

Steve Hines Steve Hines started at DSI in May of 2018. He graduated from North Dakota State University in May of 2018, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, and a focus in Sales. During his time at NDSU, he was a sales Intern at Fastenal for two of his four years. Currently, he is a Project Manager at DSI. He enjoys being at DSI because of the tight-knit group of coworkers that he has the pleasure of working with each day. In his free time, Steve enjoys golfing, softball, hunting, and fishing in the summer and in the winter months …

Dave Cliff

Project Manager

Dave Cliff Dave has been a Project Manager with DSI since 2011, and has been in the store fixture fabrication industry since 1996. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities in 1998 with a Major in Architectural Design. Ross Jorgensen

Master Scheduler

Ross Jorgensen Ross started working at DSI in August of 2005. He ran the lasers for about 12 years before becoming the scheduler. He still does programming and nesting for the lasers as well as managing what jobs to run next. Ross also started helping with all accounts payables in 2017. Ross likes the people here at DSI. Brittany Bonner

Office Administration & Human Resources

Brittany Bonner Brittany is the Admin/HR personnel here at DSI Manufacturing. She has been part of the DSI team since December of 2016. She does a wide range of tasks, but her main responsibilities are helping administer HR policies/procedures, compensation, benefits, and conduct new employee orientation. What she likes most about working at DSI are the people, the environment that is created here, and the opportunity for growth. Her past business history has been in the same area of work- mostly admin work. She was able to complete her Certificate in Human Resources at Normandale Community College online while working …
