DSI offers high-quality, in-house powder coating capabilities to meet the needs of our most demanding customers.
We have the ability to use epoxy, polyurethane, or hybrid powder to coat aluminum, steel and stainless-steel parts in sizes up to 50 inches wide by 60 inches tall and 10 feet long.
One of the ways we stand out is by achieving Class A+ finishes, meeting or exceeding automotive quality standards. We have multiple powder application booths enabling us to coat multiple colors simultaneously.
With both in-house production, powder, and shipping capabilities, we can provide you with shorter turn times and cost savings.
Aside from our abilities to coat multiple surfaces with different types of powder and having all our capabilities under one roof, what we pride ourselves on is the quality of our work. All the parts we produce are subject to rigorous quality inspections including the use of a dedicated neutral light system, spectrophotometer and a coating thickness gauge.
