Tony Hines worked with DSI part-time while he was in High School. After graduating in 1986, Tony attended Anoka Vo-Tech for a year. He then went to work full-time for DSI in 1987.

Tony Hines worked with DSI part-time while he was in High School. After graduating in 1986, Tony attended Anoka Vo-Tech for a year. He then went to work full-time for DSI in 1987. Over the years, his duties at DSI have been varied. He has taken part in the following duties: assembly, delivery, fabrication, design, inspection, safety, sales, project management and a few he probably can’t remember. Currently, his main role at DSI is Project Management. He still has various other duties, but PM is at the top of them. “At DSI, you’re never quite sure what kind of project you’ll be looking at next.” He explains, “Can be challenging, but a complete project is quite rewarding.” On his free time, his wife, Molly, and he love to spend time with their family. Card playing is one of his favorite past-times and he loves his hunting and fishing traditions with his 4 sons and other family and friends.
